We ship to all states and territories within Australia.
Free Shipping (Australia) – Available on orders over $300 AUD.
Standard Shipping (Australia) – Calculated at checkout.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days(excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed the next business day.

Returns
For a change of shade or length, contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Extensions must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with all seals intact. A $20 shipping and handling fee applies to eligible exchanges.
For hygiene reasons, opened, worn, washed or altered extensions cannot be returned for change of mind.
Our Straight Range includes a 12-month quality guarantee for manufacturing faults. If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos so we can assess and resolve the issue.
